Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MailPosture (the "Service"), operated by MailPosture ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MailPosture provides tools to scan, score, and monitor the email authentication configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records) of domains you own or are authorized to manage. Paid plans additionally provide scheduled monitoring, alerting, and reporting features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan domains you do not own or lack authorization to assess.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable regulations.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes, and payment collection on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Dodo Payments' applicable terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Scan results and scores are informational and provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that following our recommendations will achieve any particular deliverability outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailPosture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
